25hours Hotel One Central

Location, amazing staff, stylish design.

Hotel has a lot of different fancy spaces to rest, work and admire the views, swimming pool is insane, warm and chill, a lot of restaurants around.

No disadvantages

I was sitting in the 5 Stars hotel , the refrigerator was not working at all , i complain twice , and they sent me the maintenance representer he said fine , then nothing change , also , the electrical panel was closed , so i paid to get full experience but not as what i expect

The hotel has a great central location with easy access to major attractions. The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful design details. Staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, the atmosphere felt modern and welcoming.

The stay was very pleasant overall, everything met expectations.

Beautiful design, but comfort and food quality could be improved.

We stayed at 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central for 2 nights from December 9 to December 11. While we had high expectations due to the hotel’s concept and design, the overall experience did not fully meet them. The interior design is visually beautiful and very creative, but some aspects felt impractical for a comfortable stay. We experienced a few functional issues in the room, such as taps not working smoothly, inconsistent hot water, and room lighting that made it difficult to use the mirror comfortably. The air conditioning was extremely cold and could not be adjusted or turned off. Unfortunately, we caught a heavy cold during our stay. which affected our sleep. The hotel offers several restaurants, which is a nice concept. However, the food quality was a little disappointing. Breakfast offered the same items every morning and was quite bland, with limited variety. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and polite, which we truly appreciated. The swimming pool is also a highlight, offering a lovely city view and a unique atmosphere, although we were not able to enjoy it fully during our stay.Overall, the hotel has strong visual appeal and potential, but improvements in comfort, functionality, and food quality would greatly enhance the guest experience. We hope these areas will be refined in the future.

Location

Room smell was like a swimming pool when I first entered.Water pressure was very bad in the shower

Such a lovely experience, kind staff and a great atmosphere of patronage.

There was a guy throwing a tantrum in the pool.

Style of the hotel, close to exhibition ground

In my room (Room no. 5050) you could decide for hot or cold water - to reach a comfortable temperature was more than difficult for a shower.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from comfortable. From the moment I arrived, there was constant noise in the hallways, in addition to loud sounds coming from outside due to the complete lack of sound insulation in the rooms. The noise was continuous to the point where it was difficult to relax or even sit in a quiet environment.I was staying here because I had an exam and an important conference, and I needed a quiet atmosphere to focus, but the situation was the exact opposite. I was unable to study properly or prepare for my conference because of the ongoing disturbance.Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

Very nice design and spacious rooms

Water temperature and plumbing issues inside the bathroom.Very noisy due to an event in front of the hotel

The location is the selling point, the design/vibes are all amusing and lovely really enjoyableThe breakfast is something else it is really amazing with wide variety the down side of it it finishes way too early

It gets quite loud at night as the bar sounds reached my room making it difficult for me to sleep

The property was very close to the World Trade Center where my meetings were held. There was an upbeat and charismatic vibe to the place from start to finish. Rooms were cool and comfortable, and the staff was exceptional.

It could be very active and noisy at times, so if that’s not for you. This isn’t the place.

Great atmosphere, helpful staff, comfortable co-working space. Mike at the reception and Innocent the porter were super helpful.

The hotel has a very cool design and really thought out workspaces. Great for meetings, out of office working or meeting with friends.

The pool is a bit small so it can get quite busy.

Location; design of the room, the lobby and all areas; although I couldn't swim due to loaded schedule the pool and its view; breakfast, the friendly staff from front Brandon at front desk to Daniel Aziz of housekeeping team were all very kind and helpful.

When asked for taxis the staff at the hotel entrance don't call standard taxis for guests ibut tell only limo is available (standard car but they name it as limo) which costs more than taxi and don't bring any extra service value.
